Trout Pond Guidelines

November 21st - The Trout Pond is now open for catch and release only. Beginning January 1st - we will institute a “keep one” regulation. Fishing on the pond is restricted to Wintergreen property owners and their guests; a WPOA fishing permit must be displayed, and a valid VA freshwater fishing license is required.
Trout Pond is stocked with Rainbow Trout in a cooperative program with the WSC and the Wintergreen Property Owners Association. Thanks to the WSC volunteers for feeding the fish.
