Join us on our hike in Wintergreen to the Cedar Cliffs viewpoint.
This 2.5 mile hike is moderately difficult and has a beautiful view. Parking is by the Wintergreen Resort’s Discovery Center parking lot.

Maximum Hikers: 15. Open to WSC members. Each member can bring a guest.

Trail Description: This 2.5-mile loop hike follows the Grassy Ridge Road to Cedar Cliff Main trail to the spectacular view at Cedar Cliff overlook. The trail continues on the Cedar Cliff South trail to the Hemlock Spring trail. This beautiful scenic hike is boulder strewn and provides a beautiful scenic walk.
Difficulty: Moderately difficult and rocky. (730’ elevation gain and loss). Distance: 2.5 miles; Hike Duration: 2.-2.5 hours
Bring: Daypacks, water (1 liter per person), and snacks. Hiking poles and insect repellent are recommended.
