2025 Archery Practice and Events

This year the WSC archery group will continue its regular sessions at its two archery ranges.

All WSC archers are invited to meet every Tuesday at the Jerry Rendich Archery Range at Rodes Farm from 10:00 am to noon for practice.  The first practice withh be Tuesday, March 25th. Coaching for newcomers or others is offered for the first 30-40 minutes. During this time, we will be shooting from 10 yards. After that time, we will have our regular session and will be shooting from 20 yards.

If you are new to archery, and would like to borrow our equipment for the practice, please email: archery@wtgsportingclub.org to let us know you will need some of our loaner archery gear.

The best way for members to keep up with the 2025 archery schedule is to sign up for the free WSC website and check Archery as their interest.

To continue our support for the weekenders, the group will have Introduction to Archery Coaching and Practice at the Rodes Farm range from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, April 12 and Monday, May 26 (Labor Day).  Similar Saturday sessions are planned for June 14, July 26, August 16, September 27, and October 18. The WSC archery newsletters will have any updates and changes.

For experienced archers, the group meets for practice (no coaching) at the Field Trail at the end of Old Stoney Creek Road from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sundays on May 18, June 22, July 20, August 17, September 21 and October 19. Future dates will be determined based upon the level of interest. The WSC archery newsletters will have any updates and changes.
