Bass Fishing on the Shenandoah River South Fork
/From WSC Member Bruce Kleeman
I went on a float last Saturday (Aug.6, 2016) on the Shenandoah River's south fork with guide Brian Ailles of Mirimichi Fly Fishing out of Harrisonburg. It was an outstanding trip.
We caught a few large mouth and probably 25-30 mall mouth bass between my friend and I. Brian was very knowledgeable of the river, very friendly and even gave me free 30-minute fly fishing instructions. The cost was $370 plus tip which I think beats every other guide service around. I will be going back to Brian and so highly recommend him.
