Fishing Conclave on the Trout Pond

We're going to start WSC's 2019 Fishing Conclave season on April Fool's Day - Monday, April 1st. Lenlee and Chris Corish are going to host the gathering at their house on the Trout Pond at 402 Sawmill Creek Drive

Says Chris: Hope you'll join us from 4 to 6 pm. Appetizers and beverages will be served–no need to bring anything! Logistics: Just turn down my driveway, there is a small UVA flag by my mailbox. There should be plenty of parking in my driveway area.

The fishing group's popular, very informal, get-togethers to talk fishing started in 2017.

In 2019 the conclaves will usually convene at Wild Wolf Brewery monthly on the 1st Monday afternoon of the month at 4 pm. If the weather is nice we'll meet outside in the beer garden, otherwise, we'll meet inside on the porch.

These sessions are meant to exchange ideas and experiences relating to fishing–discuss where the fish are biting, what baits have been successful, etc.

Anyone and everyone will be welcomed. WSC membership is not required. There is no cost. The only pre-requisite if having a love of fishing or wanting to learn about the sport, and having a willingness to share your experiences and ask questions.

Normally no advance sign-ups required.  Just show up and stay as long or as short a time as you want. Bring a friend. Hope you'll join us from 4 to 6 pm. Appetizers and beverages will be served–no need to bring anything!
