Archery field course work moves forward
/The April 15th work day on the new WSC archery field went well, with some 13 volunteers showing up to lend a hand. The Friday afternoon weather could not have been better.
"Big thanks to all those who volunteered last week and helped clear the entire loop path upon which we will build our new archery field course," says Jerry Rendich, the WSC archery group leader. Next will be measuring and marking out the first five or six shooting lanes.
"On Friday, April 29, we again need volunteers to help remove deadfall and clear those new lanes. The work party starts at 2pm; the pizza/wine/beer party for volunteers will follow at 5:30pm," Jerry says.
