The trail is a former railroad right-of-way now used for hiking, biking and horseback riding. As a former right-of-way, its grades could not be too steep for the trains. Like any trail of this kind, there can be some bumps and ruts. It does require a bike having wider tires, like a hybrid. (Rentals should be available.) Riders can choose their own pace and distance. The group would plan for dinner at a nearby restaurant. This is a new ride for the group.
Because of travel time and distance, this will be an overnight. Riders are free to add one or more days of their choosing before and/or after the ride date.
