Advanced Fly Casting Clinic [no more openings]

This Saturday clinic is designed for those who can comfortably overhand cast at least 30 feet. It will cover slack-line casts, curve casts, roll casts, aerial mends, roll and swirl pick-ups, and the double haul.

The mastering of these additional casting skills can significantly improve the presentation of artificial flies, thereby putting “more fish into the net.”

Students who take the beginning fly fishing class on April 15th can attend the advanced class. Participants should bring their favorite fly rod, loaded with floating line and a bag lunch.

The clinic will be held at Tuckahoe Clubhouse on Saturday, April 22 from 9 am to 1 pm. It's free for WSC members.

Instructors will be Al Simpson and Mike Fisher. Sign up by emailing Al at ags2nff@gmail.com.
